We thank you for buying our online course/s. We ensure that our learners will have a rewarding experience whether it is self-paced online training or Instructor-Led Training.

As with any online purchase experience, these are the terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. When you buy our Online training program/course from the Subject Experts Hub platform, then you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

For Onlne & Self Placed Learning:  You are requested to raise the refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. A money-back guarantee is void if the learner has accessed more than 25% of online course content or downloaded the materials or e-books or training materials attached with the course/ training program. If a leaner raise a refund request after 7 days of purchasing the course, then the refund request will not be accepted and no refund will be processed and provided.

For Instructor Led Training:

You are requested to raise the refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Money-back guarantee is void if the learner  has accessed more than 25% of online course content or downloaded the materials or e-books or training materials attached with

the course/ training program. If a leaner raise a refund request after 7 days of purchasing the course, then the refund request will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Refund request can be initiated in the following manner :

The learner who bought the course from Subject Experts Hub has to send an email request to refund@subjectexpertshub.com from the same mail id which was given during the purchase of the course. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by the finance department of the Subject Experts hub.

N.B : Subject Experts Hub reserves all the rights to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
